Writing Meditation

This meditation is particularly applicable when the mind is extremely disturbed, or when there is a particular issue deeply troubling the mind.
Instructions (expand):
You can use:
- a piece of paper and draw the table;
- your own computer file and draw the table;
- the .Word template above;
Preferably, sit in a quite place alone, and focus only on this assignment.
Do not frame oneself into time, but you can expect it to take from 10 to 60 minutes.
Fill in the table, answer the questions spontaneously, truthfully, and as detailed as you can. No one will ever read them but you yourself.
Answer questions in a row, do not jump over to the next in number before the answering previous one.
Answer questions nr.5-6 in a much more detailed manner than questions nr.3-4.
When answering questions about feelings, if you need, you can use some Feelings Wheel, Diagram, Table, or similar tool for naming feelings. Which one you use is not important, choose the one you are comfortable with. You can find them online easily.

5. What is the opposite side of that/those major issue/issues (if issue is “good” – what is the “bad” side, if issue is “bad” – what is the “good” side)? | 6. What do you think about yourself now, in relation to the opposite side of that/those major issue/issues? |
7. How do you feel now? | 8. What are you going to do, in relation to what you think about the issue/issues? |
