Restart Meditation liberates from mental shackles.

Just sit or lay down comfortably, relax for some minutes, imagine yourself as a child:

Before you acquired the first possession. Before you acquired an idea of worth of something. Before you acquired an idea of price of something. Before you acquired an idea of money. Before you “owed” something to someone. Before someone “owed” you something. Before you acquired an idea of “owning”. Before you projected the first expectation towards anyone, including oneself.

Before you got your first job. Before you choose a profession. Before you acquired hobbies or interests. Before you created family or got married. Before you have started school. Before you stepped the first step in the kindergarten. Before you “became” a citizen of a country. Before you “became” a native of a nation.

Before you felt hurt for the first time. Before you felt guilt, fear, anger for the first time. Before the first expectation was born in your mind.

Before you got to know cultures, philosophies, religions, history, science, or technology. Before you have read the first text. Before you have heard the first story. Before you have made the first “mistake”. Before you acquired any ideas of “right” and “wrong”. Before you acquired any opinion of anything. Before you compared your self with someone for the first time. Before you felt pride for the first time. Before you got to know any name of any person, animal, plant, thing, or else. Before you was given a name. Before you learned the first word. Before you acquired an idea of “time”. Before the first question appeared in your mind. Before the concepts of happiness and unhappiness appeared in your mind.

Before you have tasted the first piece of food. Before you have tasted the first drop of water.

Before you acquired an idea of “I”. Before the first thought appeared in your mind. Before you have seen the first human, animal, plant, thing, or anything else for the first time. Before you have opened your eyes for the first time.
